Tara
Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Tara is often the first friendly face patients see and the steady support behind every smooth visit. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and patient comfort, Tara works closely with the clinical team to ensure each appointment runs seamlessly. She's always happy to answer questions, explain processes, and help patients feel informed and at ease from check-in to check-out.
With experience in the dental field since 2000, Tara began her career as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office, where she has spent many years supporting both patients and the dental team. She is passionate about patient care and takes pride in helping patients understand their insurance benefits so they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Outside the office, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband, her two adult daughters, and her teenage son. She also loves life on her mini farm, where she can often be found gardening and caring for her goats and chickens.
Gina
Dental Hygienist, BSDH, RDH
Gina obtained her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene at The Oregon Institute of Technoloy and has worked as a full time hygienist for the past 16 years. Gina's passion is helping people obtain healthy gums and achieve an overall healthy smile! She enjoys meeting new people and is dedicated to providing the best care for each individual! Patients can expect Gina to treat them like family! She has a vibrant, vivacious, and cheery disposition, and she will welcome you with open arms.
Gina is honored to work as a provider along side the ultimate dynamic Blyth duo (Dr. Blyth and Nurse Ashli) and the entire Aesthetic Smiles team! The providers here are prestigious, caring, fun, energetic, and silly! We all want to live life to its fullest!
In her spare time, Gina's passion is singing! She performs in musical theater/events around the valley. She also enjoys the great outdoors and exploring the beauties of the earth with her wonderful husband! She loves family time, the beach, and participating in organizations that impact the world in a positive way.
Animals are another passion, and she has 6 of her own (2 dogs and 4 sphynx cats).
Her favorite dessert is grasshopper pie and favorite drink is a lemon vanilla latte (A hidden gem that is only found in select coffee shops).
Laura
Registered Dental Hygienist, Laser Certified
Hi, I’m Laura, a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 27 years of experience in dental hygiene. Prior to becoming a hygienist, I spent 7 years as a Certified Dental Assistant, including experience in orthodontics, which gave me a strong foundation and a well-rounded understanding of patient care.
One of my greatest passions is patient education, because I truly believe that understanding your oral health is the foundation for achieving and maintaining it.
When you’re in my care, you can expect a supportive, gentle, and understanding approach—especially if you feel nervous or anxious about dental visits. I treat each patient as a whole person, not just a mouth, and I take pride in being empathetic and meeting patients emotionally where they need to be. I love helping patients understand their individual needs and empowering them with the knowledge and tools to achieve their goals.
What I love most about caring for patients is the connection. I find fulfillment in building trust, easing fears, and helping people feel confident and comfortable in their dental care.
I’m originally from Michigan and grew up in Arizona. Outside the office, I’m a proud mom of two, grandma to two, and stepmom to four. I’m absolutely obsessed with my two pit bulls, Luna and Suki. In my free time, I enjoy fitness, getting out in nature, and starting my day with morning meditation—always paired with my favorite coffee from Black Rock.
Yesica
Dental Assistant
Yesica is a dedicated dental assistant who has been doing what she loves since 2010. With a deep passion for patient care, she is known for her compassion, kindness, and ability to help patients feel calm and comfortable in the dental chair. Yesica believes in treating every patient like family and enjoys building genuine connections through conversation and trust.
She has been part of ASQC since the practice first opened and takes pride in watching it grow and thrive. Yesica loves assisting Dr. Blyth and working alongside the team to provide the best possible care and support for every patient.
Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Yesica is proud of her roots and her love for Mexican food. Outside of the office, she is a devoted wife, mother of two, and an enthusiastic baseball mom who truly enjoys cheering on her son. Patients can always expect the best from Yesica—delivered with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine heart for helping others.
Brooklyn
Front Office Coordinator
Brooklyn began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant before stepping into her role at the front office, where she brings both clinical understanding and a natural sense of organization to the patient experience. As the first face you see when you walk through our doors, she creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes.
Originally from Anchorage, Alaska, Brooklyn spent most of her life there before relocating to Gilbert, Arizona. A lifelong athlete, she grew up playing hockey and went on to compete at the collegiate level, an experience that shaped her discipline, teamwork, and drive.
Outside of the office, Brooklyn enjoys staying active, prioritizing her health and fitness, and spending meaningful time with her family, especially her nieces, who hold a special place in her heart.
