Hi! I’m the front desk receptionist at Aesthetic Smiles, and chances are you’ll be greeted by my smile the moment you walk through the door. I love being the first point of contact for our patients and take pride in always finding solutions—no matter how busy the day gets. I thrive on the chaos and energy of the office and genuinely love what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and going on walks with our dog. We love snowboarding and taking our Jeep off-roading whenever we can. My absolute favorite hobby in the world is fly fishing in Alaska, where my family lives, it’s truly my happy place. In my spare time, you’ll also often find me hanging out with my two sisters, who are my best friends in the world.
Briana
Aesthetics/Wellness Manager
Briana M. is an Assistant at Aesthetic Smiles with over 18 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and 1 year as a lash technician. With a strong background in aesthetics, Briana loves being part of a practice that helps patients feel confident and age gracefully.
She has been with Aesthetic Smiles for just over a year and is known for being helpful, kind, and motivated. Briana takes pride in supporting both patients and the team, and she especially enjoys being part of a growing business focused on thoughtful, confidence-boosting care.
Originally from Woodland, Washington, Briana is a mom of four and has a dog who keeps life busy and full. Outside of work, she spends her time managing her household, homeschooling, and enjoying time with friends. A fun fact patients might enjoy — she drives like a grandma. Her go-to coffee order is an iced brown sugar shaken espresso.
Annie
RN
With over 20 years of diverse nursing experience, Annie has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care in various medical settings, including emergency rooms, rheumatology clinics, and infusion centers. Her extensive background in acute and chronic care has shaped her holistic approach to patient wellness.
In 2020, she transitioned into the aesthetic industry, combining her medical expertise with her passion for helping women age gracefully, healthily, and confidently. Through advanced aesthetic treatments, she empowers her clients to feel their best while prioritizing natural beauty and overall well-being.
Beyond her career, Annie is a devoted wife and mother of four. She shares in common with Nurse Ashli that both of their husbands are dentists. She also coaches volleyball and still works part time at an infusion center. Balancing her family life and her passion for aesthetics, Annie finds joy in helping others look and feel their best while embracing every stage of life with confidence.

Clinical Coordinator
Rose Wild is the Front/Back Office Assistant and Client Coordinator at Aesthetic Smiles of Queen Creek, with a background that blends beauty, personal growth, and client care. She began her journey in the beauty industry as a licensed aesthetician, practicing from 2008 to 2015, before transitioning into the mental health and personal development space.
As a dual-certified life coach specializing in psychedelic integration, personal growth, and self-empowerment, Rose brings a unique perspective to patient care. She is passionate about helping others feel confident from the inside out and believes beauty is not about changing who you are, but expressing the self-love already within.
Born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, Rose loves meaningful conversations, home-cooked meals, yoga, service projects, puzzles, Legos, EDM shows, and dancing through life whenever she gets the chance.
Dacie

Dacie is a tri-licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, and nurse with a unique background that blends beauty, artistry, and clinical care. Before entering the aesthetics field, she spent two years in the funeral industry as a mortuary makeup artist, where she developed a deep appreciation for detail, facial balance, and the art of helping people look and feel beautifully cared for.
An Arizona native from Flagstaff, Dacie later pursued nursing specifically to expand her knowledge and skill set within aesthetics. She is currently continuing her education as a BSN student and is passionate about combining advanced skin knowledge, cosmetic artistry, and patient-centered care to create thoughtful, natural-looking results.
Outside of work and school, Dacie is newly married and a proud Chihuahua dog mama.
